Fall Challenge: Weeks 6 & 7

Well I am back to blogging. I took a break last week to focus on some other stuff.

The past two weeks have been great in regards to fitness. We’ve gotten into a great routine of going to the gym, plus, my mom and sister joined so I’ve been able to meet them up there. Matt has also been going so it’s just been good for everyone. Here are my results for the past two weeks…

Weight: Lost 1 pound!

Inches: Lost 3  inches!

Workouts: I made it to every workout that I’ve had scheduled (5 per week).

Eating: I’ve been doing a lot better. I’m only having sweets a few times a week. Halloween candy deterred me a little bit, but it was only around for a day or so!

Goals for this week: Make it to all of my workouts, eat at home and lose another pound. I’m at 5 pounds total!

Here’s the workout schedule for the week:

  • Monday: Treadmill run and total body circuit training
  • Tuesday: Cardio (Body Jam…similar to Zumba sort of)
  • Wednesday: off
  • Thursday: Cardio (Body Step)
  • Friday: Run and Body flow
  • Saturday: Cardio (run or Body Step)
  • Sunday: Off
Matt is going to be traveling for a few days this week, so we’re trying to stay busy. We’ve got some playdates planned, and the whole PCM crew is coming over Wednesday night. Should be a fun week!
