This Week’s Workout Plan

I probably should have written this earlier in the week, but here it is!

Monday: I taught a class of about 35 Mary Kay women at their weekly meeting. It was a fitness themed night and they invited me to come do a workout for them. It was so fun! I’m pretty sure they were all thinking bad thoughts about me on Tuesday though when the soreness kicked in:)

Tuesday: Ran two miles with Traci at 6am

Wednesday: Early morning speedwork on the treadmill and weights at the gym.

Thursday: Off

Friday: Run at 6am with Traci.

Saturday: Off

Sunday: 3 mile run with Traci at 6:30am.
